Once upon a time in the Big Smoke… A tale of Princess Frilly Knickers and the Chimney Sweep.

Like most fairytales this one begins with a Princess, who just happened to be the most beautiful Princess in the whole of London.

Unfortunately for Frilly Knickers, Her Royal Highness (who wanted to retain her Yummy Mummy status!) decided that no man were ever to set eyes upon the beautiful Princess.

Locked away high up in the tower of London with only Branwen, the tower raven to keep her company she sat and whiled the day away singing Twee nothings to herself.

Then one day a disturbance! It sounded like it was coming from the walls of the tower and who should drop out of the chimney with a thud into the fireplace? A Chimney Sweep no less, the most beautiful man in the world, a real Diamond Geezer! And of course when he cast eyes up on Princess Frilly Knickers love was pretty much instant!

Hearing the commotion the Pearly Queen ran into the bedroom and instantly accused the two of Blowing Raspberries behind her back.

The Pearly Queen enraged, took a carriage back to her castle in Primrose Hill, condemned the princess for entertaining a Scoundrel and demanded she be locked up by The Old Bill forever!!!

The princess however was no Muggins and had been planning her escape all along. For underneath the four poster bed there lay a box, and inside it was full of Branwen’s feathers, one for everyday the faithful raven had kept her company in the tower, taking the box fom underneath the bed she fashioned a coat from Raven’s wings that would rival an Alexander McQueen creation! And so the Princess flew out of the Tower of London and landed directly at the entrance to the London Underground. And you know who was waiting for her there don’t you?

Off they rode into the Westend Wonderland, the Chimney Sweep and Princess Frilly Knickers and whoever saw them couldn’t help but liken her to the great ‘La Moss‘ she was so beautiful!

So did it all end happily? Well one day she was to become the most beautiful Yummy Mummy in the entire Kingdom and you know that must have meant the Pearly Queen was a Minger!
